BFF First Friday YOUTH Artist Market - ARTrepreneurial Academy

The 2025 BFF Summer Youth Art Market takes place during Benson First Fridays on the following dates:
📅 June 6th, August 1st, and September 5th

🚨 Please Note: Due to July’s First Friday falling on the 4th of July, we have made the difficult decision not to host an Artist Market on this date.

📍 Location: TBA
⏰ Market Hours: 6:00–9:00 PM
🛠 Vendor Load-In: 5:00–6:00 PM

📢 Selected vendors will be notified by February 14, 2025.
💳 All payments must be made online at that time to confirm your space.

Pricing & Discounts

💰 Artist Vendor Spaces: $25 per event
✔️ A table will be provided
❌ No access to electricity

🎟 Discounts & Priority Placement:

• Attend all three markets → $20 per event
• Attend all three markets + join the ARTrepreneurial Academy → $15 per event

🔹 What is the ARTrepreneurial Academy?
The BFF Youth Market Planning Committee is an educational opportunity for young artists to develop entrepreneurial skills and shape this exciting program!

📅 Required Meetings:

• Monthly planning meetings (4:30–6:30 PM):
  • February 28, March 28, April 25, May 30
• Additional meetings:
  • July 25 & October 3

Important Information

🛑 By applying, you and your child agree to the following:
(A) You will abide by the BFF Code of Conduct (available upon request).
(B) You are comfortable with live DJs and performances (which may be loud).
(C) You understand that the market is a community space with a diverse range of sights, sounds, and people.
(D) Vendors under 14 must have a guardian or responsible adult present.
(E) A responsible adult must be available on-site for emergencies.
