Specifics
- 2024/2025 BFF Indoor Artist Markets will run monthly on First Fridays October, November, December, February, March, and April
- Markets will be held inside the John J Mercer Masonic Temple (5903 Maple St.) - other elements present will include DJ, live artist(s), and food/eating area
- Only 20 half-tables at 5' each (10 full-tables at 10' each) are available for vendors each month - and are intended for vendors who can set up using a simple table space.
- Markets will operate 6-9pm with vendor load-in from 5-6pm

**PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given due to vendor cancellations, however - in the event of a market cancellation caused by inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen causes, we will allow vendors to transfer paid Vendor Fees towards the following options:
(1) Future Artist Market Vendor Fees,
(2) Friends of BFF Membership Dues,
or (3) Donations to the organization.
**PLEASE NOTE: We understand things come up, so PLEASE notify us in advance if you cannot attend a market! Any vendors who do not provide a 48-hour notice (unless it's an emergency) may be removed from future markets due to a violation of our application terms.
